Our family on Jacob's blessing day.We blessed Jacob last Sunday and had a wonderful day with family here.

We are loving the arrival of fall... the cool air, warm clothes, apple crisp, spicey smells and the beautiful colors make us love this time of year. We took a ride up the canyon with Jared's family to see the autumn colors.
Jared's parents came on Thursday and stayed until Tuesday. My parents came on Saturday and stayed clear through this weekend so they could attend general conference. We LOVE having grandparents here! It's so wonderful to see the kids playing with and loving their grandparents. We're so glad they came to visit and sure hope they come back soon!!

What a handsome little guy! I'm so sorry we missed his blessing. Sunday morning was the beginning of a week long (& still persisting) battle with a major sinus infection & bronchitis for me & pretty bad colds for the girls. We would have loved to have been there with you.
We drove up the canyon yesterday after conference. It was beautiful, but horrible on our plugged up ears!

Jacob does look very handsome. I miss driving up to the canyon. The best time I had up there was when the two of you had your engagement pictures taken. I don't know if I have ever laughed that hard (you know what picture I'm talking about).
