Happy 8th Birthday Jacob! This guy loves to make everyone laugh and he does a great job of it. He has such a great attitude about life in general and brings loads of joy to our family! He had cinnamon rolls for breakfast and then we took his cool cake and dinner over to Grandpa's and Grandma's house to swim, play nerf wars, and celebrate with cousins.
Snoqualmie Falls and look around. We love to pick the wild blackberries growing all around there.
Enjoying the summer and more running. Jared is so busy with work he doesn't have much time to run with me but I love it when he has a couple of times. We ran together one night and then enjoyed the hot tub afterwards.

Time flies when you're having fun! I'm always so sad when summer break is ending but am so grateful for all the time I've had to spend with my kids.
Jacob met his goal of reading the Book of Mormon before his baptism. It took a little longer with him than with the other two kids because he wanted to ask about and understand EVERYTHING! It was definitely an in-depth study that we all learned a lot from.
We made a weekend trip down to Boise for the wedding of Jared's cousin, Logan. It was so fun to get to see a bunch of family.
