October

Here are a bunch of pictures from this last month, not necessarily in the correct order. :)

We just had our primary program at church this Sunday. Mackayla and Bradley did a great job and said their parts so well! Jared got to sit up on the stand also with our primary class.

 After a very cold week and even some snow, we had a warm wonderful weekend to finish the month off.

 Bradley spent all afternoon working on his new  tricks on the swing set. He wanted his picture taken.

 Then he took one of me doing tricks too.

At the beginning of the month the kids all got sick one at a time. It was a bug that had a high fever and a little throwing up and lasted about 3 days. They all took turns having it, not overlapping at all. So we had someone sick for almost two full weeks!

 

Jacob was actually sick before Bradley was but when Bradley got sick, Jacob was feeling much better but was not quite ready to give up the attention yet. He liked getting to pick the shows to watch and getting to drink sprite from a straw while laying on the couch. He kept getting a blanket and laying down telling me he was sick again. This picture is from when he was faking it.

This has been a big month for Caitlin. She learned to sit up on her own, unsupported. She also learned to crawl the day she turned 6 months old. She's crawling around and babbling like crazy!

Bradley's preschool class got to go on a field trip this month to a close by little farm. Jacob, Caitlin, and I got to go too and had a great time.

Poor Caitlin fell and got her forehead and eye all banged up. The pictures never show how bad it really looked.

Mackayla took this picture of Jared and Bradley. This was actually when Bradley was sick and Jared had taken him outside to get some fresh air.

The kids all had their first formal sewing lesson. They each made a Cinderella bean bag for a birthday gift for Lexi. I was impressed how well they did!
