Halloween

Another fun Halloween! We had a great time carving a pumpkin for Family Home Evening. The kids loved  pulling out the all the goo and then eating the seeds we baked.
 Finished
Our ward did trunk or treating the weekend before Halloween. Jacob went as a dinosaur to this party.
 Such a cute bug!
 Ready for the church party.
Mackayla marching in the school Halloween parade. Jacob, Caitlin, and I got to go watch on Halloween morning.
Ready to go Trick or Treating!
Bradley was Obi Wan Kenobi. He stayed in Character the whole night!

Mackayla was a pink fairy. She thought it would be fun to wear the costume that she wore for her first Halloween. So, I included a picture from the past to compare to.

She has certainly grown since then!
Jacob didn't decide until right before it was time to get ready, but he went as a little pirate boy. He wanted to be like his pirate Daddy.

Caitlin stayed home with Mommy to help pass out candy, but we threw on her costume for a couple pictures.
 "Trick or Treat!"
 The pirates
 The Boys
 The Girls!
It was a beautiful Halloween night. We had a record high of 75 degrees that day and jackets weren't even needed as they went trick or treating. Just before we left, Prince Charming, from next door showed up and Obi Wan had to fight him. :)
The kids got tired and wanted to empty their baskets, so they stopped back by the house for a little bit before they headed out to do a few more houses. While Jacob was home for that few minutes, he decided he was tired of being a pirate and wanted to be a Jedi with Bradley. So, he had a quick costume change.
Afterwards, we had our traditional little Halloween party.
Caitlin got to have her first taste of root beer. It was a Happy Halloween for all!
Just an extra picture for fun. BEAUTIFUL SISTERS!
